As we reflect on 2025, we’re proud of what our team delivered—on show sites nationwide (including the Hawaiian Islands) and behind the scenes in the warehouse where great events truly begin. This year was about building real capacity: investing in technology that elevates the attendee experience, expanding the infrastructure that supports faster turnarounds, and strengthening partnerships that help our clients feel confident wherever their events take them.


Here’s what we accomplished in 2025—and why we’re energized for 2026.

New gear we put to work in 2025

In 2025, we continued investing in the tools that help events look sharper, sound cleaner, and run smoother—especially when timelines are tight and expectations are high.

Highlights from the AVS toolbox include:

·       Analog Way Aquilon RS4 (high-performance screen management for complex, high-impact show flows)

·       Ross Carbonite Ultra 12G (modern switching with robust I/O and workflow flexibility)

·       Ayrton Rivale (a powerful, versatile fixture that brings premium looks to both corporate and entertainment environments)

·       Premium audio solutions, including d&b audiotechnik systems

·       Professional comms including Riedel intercom solutions (with wireless options like Bolero)

·       LED display solutions, including 2.6mm LED walls for crisp, camera-friendly visuals

·       A deep lighting and control inventory built for corporate, entertainment, and special events

The result: more creative flexibility, more reliability, and more production value—whether your show is a general session, awards night, product launch, festival-style experience, or a multi-room conference.

Where we’ve been “on show”

We operate nationwide—including the Hawaiian Islands—bringing the same AVS standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and show-readiness wherever the show landed.

From Arizona to Arkansas, Texas to Tennessee, Florida to Virginia, and California to the Capital (Washington, D.C.), we were on site supporting events in many of the country’s busiest event markets—plus throughout the Hawaiian Islands of Oahu, Maui, and Hawaiʻi Island. And yes -  to Las Vegas, Nevada too… affectionately known by many as the “9th Hawaiian Island.”

Warehouse growth: we more than doubled our space in 2025

One of the biggest wins of 2025 happened off-stage: we more than doubled our warehouse space.

That expansion isn’t just about square footage—it’s about what it unlocks for our clients:

·       Faster prep and load-outs

·       More organized staging and QC

·       Better capacity for simultaneous events

·       Smoother turnaround between shows

·       Stronger readiness when schedules shift

Warehouse locations include:

·       Orlando, Florida

·       Kailua-Kona (Hawaiʻi Island)

·       Wailuku (Maui)

·       Kapolei (Oahu)

To support our nationwide footprint, we also maintain office presence in:

·       Utah (Ogden area)

·       Denver, Colorado

·       Texas (Dallas area)

EPN: a prestigious network—and a meaningful milestone for AVS

In 2025, AVS continued strengthening our national reach through EPN (Event Production Network)—a prestigious organization of like-minded audio visual production companies across the U.S.

We’re especially proud that AVS was nominated and voted in after an extensive vetting process—a milestone that reflects our standards, our consistency, and the trust we’ve built in the industry.
